Sarelle Recipes

SARELLE PUDDING WITH SARELLE

1 liter milk
5 spoonful all purpose flour
5 spoonful Sarelle bitter
1 small tea cup of sugar
For decorating:
Coconut
Strawberry

Put milk, flour, sugar and Sarelle bitter in a pot and mix a few minutes with the help of a mixer.
Put the pot on the stove and cook by stirring continuously. Take it from stove when it starts to boil and leave it to cool.
After mixing with the mixer at the high level, put the pudding to serving cups and leave it to cool.
Before serving, decorate it with coconut and season fruits as you like.
